Simple -
That pictur was during the Strugis Bike rally this past August. The rally spreads throughout the whole western part of South Dakota into Wyoming.
Deadwood is one of my favorite towns up there. Wayne, did you guys get to see the re-inactment of Wild Bill and Deadman's hand? They stop it for the rally, too many people, but the first year we were there, we were early and it was so fun to watch. That guy that plays Bill, is..well dead-on. :)
